Signing in to KanvasPro

We add you, and your website emails you Activate your account.

  1. Select Activate account. The link works once and lasts 24 hours.
  2. On Set up your account, choose Create a passkey. Your fingerprint, face or device PIN is then all you need to sign in. Prefer a password? Choose Use a password instead, then Save password.

If the link has expired or says This link doesn’t work., ask an admin of your website, or ask us, for a new one.

Go to your website’s address followed by /admin.

  • With a passkey: Use a passkey.
  • With a password: enter your Username or email and Password, then Log in.

Tick Keep me logged in on a computer only you use. You then stay signed in for 14 days instead of an hour. Before a session ends you’ll see Your session is about to expire; choose Keep me logged in to carry on.

Some sites only accept passkeys. Their sign-in page says so and shows Sign in with a passkey.

Select Forgot password?, enter your Username or email and choose Send reset email. The email is titled Reset your password.

Lost your passkey on a passkey-only site? Choose Lost your passkey? and then Send link. You’ll get an email to set up a new one.

Open My account › Passkeys › Add a passkey, then give it a name such as “Work laptop”. Add one on each device you use. Adding a passkey signs you out everywhere else, so you’ll sign in again on your other devices.

Once you have a passkey you can choose Remove my password on the Password tab.

For a password sign-in, add a second step in My account › Two-step verification › Authenticator app › Set up:

  1. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password).
  2. Enter the 6-digit code it shows and choose Verify and turn on.
  3. Under Recovery codes, choose Generate codes, then Download or Copy all and keep them somewhere safe. Each one gets you in once if you lose your phone.

Your website may require two-step verification. If it does, you’ll be asked to set it up straight after signing in.
