Ads

An ad campaign is one design in several sizes. You fill in the content once and every size updates.

Campaign content lists the fields you can edit. Everything else is Protected template content: the layout, type and colours stay as the designer set them.

  • Text fields: type your wording, or Use library wording… to drop in approved text. Reset puts the default back.
  • Image fields: pick from the library and set the position (see Photos).
  • Optional design blocks can be hidden or shown. Restore all brings back anything you hid.

Every size is checked as you go. The banner says Content ready when all is well, or how many items need attention. Each size shows Ready or how many fit issues it has. Some text is allowed to shrink a little to fit, down to the size shown under the field.

Text that doesn’t fit stops the campaign saving, approving and exporting until it’s fixed.

Ads save when you choose Save campaign (or press ⌘ S). The header shows Unsaved draft, Saved draft or Approved. Any edit to an approved campaign takes it back to draft, so a designer can review it again.

Each export shows you a review first and saves any changes before downloading.

  • Export PNG: the size you’re looking at.
  • JPEG: smaller files. Transparent areas become white.
  • Multiple sizes: choose up to 24 sizes and get them as PNGs in one ZIP (up to 100 MB).
  • HTML5 ZIP: an animated-ready ad for ad platforms. Pick a Publisher profile (such as Google Ads · 600 KB) or set your own File-size budget, choose Check file size, then Download HTML5 ZIP.
