Kanvas Studio
Kanvas Studio is where your print documents, digital ads and emails get made. The way it works: a designer sets up each piece once as a template, and decides exactly what can change. You then start campaigns from those templates, fill them in and export them, without breaking the design.
The words it uses
Section titled “The words it uses”- Project: a body of work, such as a development, a brand or a program. Everything else sits inside a project.
- Template: the master design. Only designers change templates.
- Campaign: your copy of a published template, with your words and photos. A campaign can be a print document, an ad in several sizes or an email.
- Brand Asset Library: the approved photos, logos, colours, fonts and wording you can use. Master Assets are shared by every project; each project can have its own too.
- Data: tables of content (for example a row per property) that can make many campaigns at once.
- QR codes: codes for print that link to a web address.
How a piece gets made
Section titled “How a piece gets made”- A designer builds or imports the template and chooses what you can change.
- They publish it. Publishing again later never changes campaigns already started.
- You choose Use template, give the campaign a name and fill it in.
- You export it: a print-ready PDF, images in every size, or an email file to hand to your email platform.
