Signing in to Kanvas Studio

Your studio has its own address, usually your organisation’s short name followed by .qualls.co (for example sbsm.qualls.co). Qualls sends it to you when we add you.

1. Open your studio’s address.
2. You’re taken to Qualls OS to sign in. Choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Email me a sign-in link.
3. Use the email address Qualls added you with. After signing in you’re sent straight back to your studio.

You stay signed in for twelve hours. After that, open the address again and you’ll go through the same steps.

To sign out, open the account menu (your initial, top right) and choose Sign out. To sign in with a different email address afterwards, sign out of Qualls OS as well.

Seeing “hasn’t been shared with you”?

You’ve signed in with an email address we didn’t add. Choose Sign out in the account menu, sign out of Qualls OS too, then sign in with the address we invited, or ask us to add the one you’d like to use.
